Day 3 - SCENIC HIKE TO PIOMBINO AND THE ETRUSCAN COAST

It was here that this people of navigators and metallurgical experts processed minerals from Elba Island to produce iron. Following a loop trail, discover the Fairies' Hole, a magnificent cove with crystal-clear waters, and Populonia, a fortified medieval village built next to the acropolis of the ancient Etruscan city. (Entrance fees to the archaeological park, necropolis, and acropolis not included). Packed lunch. Day 5 - SCENIC HIKE TO BIANCANE AND PUTIZZE
Breakfast and departure towards Sasso Pisano for a hike to discover an unusual Tuscany. In this corner of the region, the Earth's crust is very thin, and the temperature is already very high just a few kilometers underground. This phenomenon causes steam emissions, boiling mud lakes, and a peculiar rock coloration on the surface, giving the landscape an austere and spectacular appearance. This is why, today, Tuscany is at the forefront of geothermal energy, a technology that harnesses this phenomenon to produce power and heat. Packed lunch. Opportunity for local beer tasting or a swim in a thermal pool (depending on season and opening hours, entrance not included). On the way back, stop at Massa Marittima, nicknamed "Little Siena," to admire the magnificent cathedral and astonishing frescoes. Return to the hotel. Dinner with a typical menu on the beach (weather permitting), including a welcome drink and musical entertainment during the evening. Overnight stay.
Day 6 - SIGHTSEEING DAY IN PISA AND ITS LEANING TOWER
After breakfast, depart towards Pisa. A maritime republic dominating the Mediterranean from the 10th to the 12th century, its decline in favor of Genoa and Florence did not prevent it from preserving breathtaking treasures, notably those of the Piazza dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles): the cathedral, the cemetery, and the famous Leaning Tower. After the guided tour, lunch at a restaurant and free afternoon to discover the city often overlooked by tourists. The avenues along the Arno River, the bustling streets in the university districts, and the extraordinary museums of Palazzo Blu and the Medici Arsenal make Pisa a pleasant surprise for attentive visitors. Check-in at a hotel in or around Pisa. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7 - RETURN TO YOUR LOCALITY
