Day 2 - WALK FROM SANT MARTÍ D'EMPURIES TO L'ESCALA AND ROSES
Morning: Nordic walk: departure from Sant Martí d'Empúries. South of Roses, you will find the small medieval village of Sant Martí d'Empúries. It connects to L'Escala via a seaside promenade that still bears traces of the ancient Greek quay. Return to the hotel. Lunch.
Afternoon: departure for a guided tour of Roses, where you will discover the Mallol house, the fishermen's monument, etc. Then, depart with your guide for a mini-cruise on the Bay of Roses, where you will appreciate landscapes of unique beauty. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 - WALK IN THE AIGUAMOLLS DE L'EMPORDA NATURAL PARK
Morning: pleasant walk around the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park, the last remnants of what was once a vast flooded territory along the coast of the Bay of Roses. The Empordà marshes, covering 4.78 hectares, situated between the Rodes mountains to the north and the Fluvià river to the south, have become an important stopover and resting point for thousands of birds undertaking long intercontinental migration journeys between North Africa and Europe. Afternoon: Guided tour of the Castello d'Empuries Flour Ecomuseum, followed by a visit to the town, including admission to the Gothic Basilica of Santa Maria and the Curia Preso Museum, located in the former medieval prison. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 - WALK ALONG THE NORTHERN CAMÍ DE RONDA OF CAP DE CREUS
Morning: Nordic walk: Discover the most beautiful coves along the northern coast of Cap de Creus. The path continues towards the fishing village of Llançà, where you can see some medieval buildings, and then onto the peninsula known as S'Arenella'. From its lighthouse, you can admire the geographical features of the area. Return to the hotel. Lunch.
Afternoon: visit to an olive oil and wine cooperative in Pau, followed by a tasting with bread, oil, cured meats, etc. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
