Day 1 - DEPARTURE TO PODGORICA
Meet at the airport according to flight schedule. Boarding formalities and flight to Podgorica on a low-cost airline. Welcome by our local guide and transfer by local coach to Kolasin. Check-in at your 3/4-star hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 - HIKE IN BJELASICA
After breakfast, depart for a day of hiking. Bjelasica is considered a paradise for hikers and mountain lovers in general. Its terrain is characterized by a rugged profile and numerous round, smooth forms of volcanic origin, which set it apart from most other mountains in Montenegro with their deep crevices. The path is very accessible, even to the highest peaks: Crna Glava (Black Head) at 2,139 m, Zekova Glava at 2,117 m, and Troglava at 2,072 m, from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of six lakes. Day 3 - HIKE IN BIOGRADSKA NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, depart for the North. Hike in 'Biogradska Gora' National Park. You will descend to Biograd Lake, passing by the Bendovac viewpoint and through the forest. Walk around the lake to discover one of Europe's last virgin forests. Packed lunch. Transfer towards Zabljak. Check-in at your 3/4-star hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 - HIKE IN DURMITOR NATIONAL PARK AND SKRCKA LAKES
After breakfast, depart for a day of hiking. The Škrčka Lakes are located in Durmitor National Park, known for its superb peaks and trails. Nestled at an altitude of 1,700 m, at the foot of the majestic Prutaš, Šareni, Bobotov Kuk, and Soa mountains, these lakes are truly a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. What makes the Škrčka Lakes truly unique is not only the breathtaking landscapes that surround them, but also their water level. Packed lunch. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5 - HIKE TO SAVIN KUK
After breakfast, depart from your hotel towards Savin Kuk. With a summit altitude of 2,313 m, Savin Kuk is an integral part of the famous and magnificent panoramic view above Crno Jezero (Black Lake, 1,416 m), which also includes Medjed Peak (2,287 m). It is considered one of the most beautiful peaks in the mountain range at the heart of Durmitor. Packed lunch. Drive towards Budva. Check-in at your 3/4-star hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6 - HIKE IN LOVCEN NATIONAL PARK
Breakfast and transfer to the cable car. Cable car ride, and upon arrival at the summit, pick up bicycles (or option for coach transfer). Then, depart towards the base of Mount Lovcen and ascend the 461 steps to the mausoleum of Petar II Petrovic Njegos (1,650 m). Visit the mausoleum. Packed lunch. After lunch, descend via an old Montenegrin path that once connected the royal capital Cetinje to Kotor. Splendid view of the Bay of Kotor fjord and St. John's Fortress overlooking the old town of Kotor. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7 - SIGHTSEEING DAY IN KOTOR
Breakfast and departure for the Bay of Kotor. A natural site, the Bay of Kotor, mistakenly considered a fjord, is in fact a succession of 4 bays where mountains plunge into the sea. Embark in Tivat aboard the boat that sails through the Bay of Kotor. This cruise offers the opportunity to discover from the sea the small white stone villages, including Perast, the oldest and now protected village of the Bay. Stop off Perast to visit Our Lady of the Rocks, built on an artificial islet. Lunch aboard the boat, then arrival in Kotor. Guided tour of Kotor's old town, whose cobbled streets form a true labyrinth. Discover St. Tryphon's Church and the ramparts surrounding the old town. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8 - RETURN
Breakfast at the hotel and departure towards the airport. Meet, boarding formalities, and flight to France.
