Day 1 - DEPARTURE TO ATHENS
Check-in and boarding formalities. Flight to Greece. Assistance and transfer to the hotel in Athens. Check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.
Day 2 - ATHENS SIGHTSEEING DAY
After breakfast, depart for a city tour of Athens, passing by its guarded Parliament, its famous Evzones, its neoclassical monuments (the University, the Academy, the Library), the marble stadium where the first Olympic Games were held, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, and its famous Arch of Hadrian. The highlight will undoubtedly be the visit to the Acropolis, its monuments, and the Parthenon. Lunch at leisure and free time in the city. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 - DELPHI SIGHTSEEING DAY
After breakfast, depart for Delphi. Stop for a visit to the Monastery of Hosios Loukas, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its 10th-century gold-ground mosaics and frescoes. Lunch at a local taverna. In the afternoon, visit the archaeological site of Delphi, including the Treasury of the Athenians, the Temple of Apollo, and the archaeological museum where the mythical Omphalos, the 'navel of the world,' is displayed. Dinner and overnight stay in the Delphi region.
Day 4 - HIKE IN DELPHI AND METEORA
In the morning, hike from Kastraki to the 'Balcony' of Styx. This is the most demanding route, but it offers a magnificent view of the mythical Waters of Styx. The hike begins in Kastraki, near the village of Solos, an area of historical importance as it was a fortress during the 1821 revolution. The landscape is green, with fir trees and rich flora, and the route ascends towards Neraidorachi, one of the imposing peaks of Chelmos. Arrival at the 'Balcony' of Styx (approx. 1,600 m altitude), from where we have a panoramic view of the Waterfall of the Waters of Styx, where, according to mythology, Thetis immersed Achilles to make him immortal. Lunch at a local taverna. Drive to Meteora. Dinner and overnight stay in Kalampaka (Meteora).
Day 5 - SIGHTSEEING HIKE IN METEORA
Breakfast and departure for a visit to Meteora, with its monasteries perched on rocky pillars 300 to over 600 meters high. The panoramic view over the plain is exceptional. The Meteora hike begins at the Monastery of Saint Nicholas in the village of Kastraki, following the same ancient paths used by the monks, which wind among the high rock towers. The trail leads us into the heart of the lush forest to reach the abandoned and restored monastery of 'Ipapanthi' and the ruins of Saint Dimitrios. A short walk takes us to the monasteries of Varlaam and Great Meteoro, at the top of the cliffs. Visit the monastery. Descent to Kastraki, passing by the cave of Saint George Mandila. Lunch at a local restaurant. Drive to the city of Volos, the capital of Pelion, or the ancient city of Iolkos, made famous by the Argonauts' expedition. Check-in, dinner, and overnight stay in Volos.

Day 6 - HIKE IN VOLOS AND PELION
After breakfast, discover the superb Pelion region. With its wild landscapes where sea, mountains, and forests coexist, its abundant vegetation, sunny beaches, and picturesque small villages. Hikes around the villages of Makrinitsa and Portaria with magnificent panoramic views of the Gulf of Volos. The villages were created around the Monastery of 'Panagia Portarea' (Our Lady of Portaria), built in the 13th century, and present a magical natural beauty due to the lush vegetation, cobbled streets, and old noble family residences. Lunch at a local restaurant. Dinner and overnight stay in Volos.
Day 7 - HIKE IN THE TRADITIONAL VILLAGES OF PELION
After breakfast, hike from Hania to Portaria, along the path that, according to Greek mythology, was used by the Centaurs, the half-horse, half-human creatures. The path leads us to the village of Portaria. In the afternoon, optional visit to Makrinitsa, another picturesque neighboring village in the region with many old mansions, known as the 'Balcony of Mount Pelion,' offering a breathtaking view of the Pagasetic Gulf and the city of Volos. Lunch at a local taverna. Return to Athens - Arrival in the Capital late afternoon. Overnight stay at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Athens.
