Day 1 - DEPARTURE TO FINISTÈRE
Coach transfer to Basel airport according to flight schedule. Boarding formalities and flight to Nantes. Transfer and check-in at your hotel in the vicinity of Nantes. Depending on arrival time, a panoramic city tour may be possible. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 - HIKE TO CAP DE LA CHÈVRE
Breakfast, then departure for a hike. Starting from St-Hernot, hike to discover the wildest and most spectacular part of the Crozon peninsula. A truly preserved peninsula, Cap de la Chèvre reveals many surprises to hikers: traditional villages of former fishing-farmers, dolmens, fountains... Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful hikes in the region... Lunch will be a packed meal during the hike. Return to the hotel at the end of the day. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 - HIKE TO CAMARET TOWER
After breakfast, a short transfer to Camaret port. Discover exceptional natural and historical sites such as the Pen Hir and Toulinguet points, numerous fortifications, and the ruins of St-Pol-Roux manor. Visit Camaret, its port, its Vauban Tower, its Notre Dame de Rocamadour chapel, and the St-Thomas district where many painters exhibit their work. Lunch will be a packed meal during the hike. At the end of the day, return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 - SIGHTSEEING DAY ON THE COAST OF LEGENDS AND IN THE ABER REGION
Breakfast and departure for a full-day excursion with your guide. Discover Europe's largest menhir, followed by St-Samson chapel, built in two stages between 1575 and 1631. Stop at Portsall port, a coastal village in northwestern Finistère on the Iroise Sea. Its well-sheltered marina dries out at low tide. Lunch at a restaurant. Route towards Aber Benoît and the Île Vierge lighthouse, the tallest in Europe and one of the tallest in the world. This maritime lighthouse was built on an islet called "Île Vierge" 1.4 km from the locality of Kastell Ac'h, on the Breton coast. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5 - HIKE TO LE FAOU
Breakfast. Departure for a hike starting from Le Faou, a designated "Petite Cité de Caractère" (Small Town of Character), with its beautiful alignment of medieval corbelled houses. Visit the town of Le Faou, then the Notre-Dame de Rumengol church. Lunch will be a packed meal during the hike. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6 - HIKE FROM TREZ BELLEC BEACH TO MORGAT
Breakfast. Transfer to the superb Trez Bellec beach, facing Douarnenez Bay. Hike along the coastal path to Morgat, alternating between fine sandy beaches, rocky coves, and cliffs. Pass by Pen Ar Vir and Guern points, then cross "l'Aber", finishing at Menhir point. Lunch will be a packed meal during the hike. Return to the hotel at the end of the day. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7 - HIKE ROSCANVEL PENINSULA
A hike through the countryside and charming small villages, following the coastal path facing Camaret-sur-Mer Bay and the Iroise Sea. The route passes by Fort de la Fraternité, Pointe des Capucins, then continues to Pointe des Espagnols, where Fort de Cornouaille, Fort de la Pointe des Espagnols, and a viewpoint offering a view of Brest are located.
Day 8 - RETURN
Breakfast and coach transfer to Nantes airport. Formalities and flight to Basel. Return by coach to your locality.
Hiking levels will be at the discretion of the local guides, depending on the group's ability and in agreement with their leader.
